Four stages from the first phone call to the last punch list ite
Call and site walk
Twenty minutes on the phone to hear what you want built, then we come out and look at the lot or the space and flag anything that will move the budget.
Line-item estimate
Every trade priced separately so you can see where the money goes, and change it before we start.
Contract and permits
Fixed scope, a schedule with real dates, and we pull the permits.
Build and handover
One superintendent on site and weekly walkthroughs, with any change priced in writing first. We walk the punch list with you, then hand over keys, warranties and manuals.
